30-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for products that are defective, not as described, or unfit for use.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with the barcode intact.

Any product showing signs of wear, damage, or use may not qualify for store credit.
Exclusions:

This policy does not apply to change-of-mind returns or situations where a lower-priced alternative is found after purchase.

Customers who wish to use the 30-day return policy are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Return labels are only provided for warranty-related claims, at Afterlife Golf’s discretion.
Return Procedure:

Email info@afterlifegolf.com to begin the return process. Be sure to include your order no.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents.

Clearly label and send the package to the address provided by info@afterlifegolf.com

Use a trackable shipping service and provide Afterlife Golf with the tracking number upon dispatch.
Inspection & Refund Policy:
A refund will be issued once the returned item is inspected and meets our return conditions.
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing of your return and refund may take 7–10 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.

Warranty Policy
Afterlife Golf products are covered by an 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal usage.
Warranty Coverage:

This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship that impact the product’s intended function.
Exclusions:

Damage resulting from misuse, modifications, accidental damage, or general wear and tear is not covered.

Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer will not qualify for a warranty claim.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:

Contact info@afterlifegolf.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the defect.

We may request the item to be returned for assessment.

If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the faulty product at no charge. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Discounted Items:

Items bought at a discount will only be refunded at the price paid (for eligible warranty claims).
Final Refund Terms

Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received, inspected, and deemed to be in original condition.
